KMoss Casting is a casting company that connects real people and talent with opportunities in reality television, commercials, branded content, and other productions. We also share open casting calls from third parties for informational purposes.

  • Post or submit any unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material.

  • Submissions are voluntary and for casting consideration only.

  • Submission does not guarantee employment, contact, or selection.

  • You grant KMoss Casting a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, store, and share your materials with production clients solely for legitimate casting purposes.

You retain ownership of your submitted materials. We do not claim rights to them beyond their use in casting review or promotion of casting opportunities.

C. Confidentiality

While we treat submissions with professional care, we cannot guarantee confidentiality once materials are shared with production clients, partners, or collaborators.

4. No Employment Relationship

Submission of materials or communication with KMoss Casting does not create an employment, agency, or client relationship.

We act solely as an independent casting facilitator.

Any contractual arrangements or payments occur directly between talent and hiring entities.

5. Intellectual Property and Casting Call Content

All original content on this Site—including the KMoss Casting name, logo, design, layout, and written materials—is owned by KMoss Casting or used with permission. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

 

We also share third-party casting calls and opportunities submitted by production companies, networks, or other casting professionals. KMoss Casting does not claim ownership of these listings or materials. Such listings are provided for informational purposes only, and all rights remain with their respective owners.

 

You may:

  • Share or repost public casting calls featured on this site to help spread opportunities, provided you:

     

    • Credit KMoss Casting as the source,

    • Do not alter or misrepresent the content, and

    • Link back to the original listing on KMossCasting.com or the original submission form/email listed.

 

You may not:

  • Copy, redistribute, or modify the overall site design, proprietary text, or content unrelated to a public casting call.

  • Repost listings in a misleading or exploitative manner (e.g., charging access fees or misrepresenting ownership).

  • Use our logos, trademarks, or likeness without written consent.

  • Use automated tools (bots or scrapers) to collect or republish site content.

 

KMoss Casting respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same.

KMoss Casting shares casting calls from other verified casting professionals and production entities to expand opportunities for talent.

However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or outcome of third-party listings.

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or hiring decisions of those entities.

Users should always verify submission instructions, deadlines, and safety guidelines before applying.

 

KMoss Casting will never charge to submit to a casting call we post.

If you encounter a suspicious listing claiming affiliation with KMoss Casting, please contact us immediately.

This Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

 

  • Accuracy or completeness of posted opportunities.

  • Guarantee of casting outcomes, callbacks, or employment.
